We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assignment Editor for our streaming channel Noticias Telemundo AHORA. If you are passionate about journalism and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: Coordinate and assign news stories to reporters and producers, ensuring timely and effective coverage of daily events. Monitor newswires, social media, and other sources to identify and assess emerging story opportunities. Collaborate with reporters and producers to develop compelling story ideas and angles.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assignment Editor at Noticias Telemundo. The candidate must identify newsworthy stories and assist in the production of daily packages. The assignment editor supports reporters in setting up interviews and making contacts for news stories. The candidate must have a strong editorial background and be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with the willingness to work weekends, late night, and early morning shifts. Must be proficient in social media and streaming.

The Noticiero Weekend Writer is responsible writing the daily copy for live newscasts, recorded shows and special coverage. The candidate must have a strong editorial background and be able to copy edit correspondents’ scripts. The Writer is responsible for supporting producers in writing accurate information, being informed on current events at the national level and around the world. Must be proficient in social media platforms and streaming. Responsibilities: Assists producers in writing the daily newscasts, including copy editing reporters’ scripts.

This is a project/limited term position, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed. Responsibilities: Responsible for outlining and polishing the written content for the streaming shows during tapings. Responsible for supporting the cases with accurate information of other related stories occurring around the world.

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage content for Noticias Telemundo Ahora streaming channel. Build show rundowns and segments, edit video and scripts when needed. Tracking news and events; coordinating coverage with digital/linear managers and assignment desk producers. Produce breaking news and update stories as they happen instead of waiting for a scheduled newscast.

The Graphic Producer will be responsible for the creation of graphic elements which include written/visual content under tight deadlines in a live streaming environment including but not limited to a control room. This is a project/limited term position, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed. Responsibilities: Work closely with the content producers to find innovative ways to enhance the streaming content with graphic elements. Responsible for the creation of the graphic elements in Flowics and iNews.
