Director, SpinCo Short-Term Liquidity and Treasury Operations The SpinCo Director of Short-Term Liquidity and Operations role is responsible for cash management and centralized bank administration for the global SpinCo organization. This position’s primary responsibilities are to ensure global management of liquidity and counterparty risk for SpinCo and subsidiaries in accordance with SpinCo’s Global Cash Management and risk management policies.
