The Director of Operations at NCSI will play a critical leadership role, overseeing a team of managers and driving the success of internal operations. This individual will be accountable for optimizing workflows, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring excellence in screening and processing systems. A key strategic partner, the Director will work closely with NCSI Sales and NBC Sports Next GTM leaders to influence broader business strategies and market positioning.

Job Duties Engage and consult with sports administrators to help them identify meaningful ways to improve their organizations with SportsEngine software. Develop a deep understanding of the industry, sports administrators, our sales strategy, and leverage provided tech stack to execute high touch, high-quality activity cadence resulting in 80+ customer interactions daily.
