The Assistant Manager, Entertainment Operations is responsible for assisting the Manager with oversight and management of an Entertainment venue and/or area, including all aspects of front and back of house operations. The Assistant Manager will assist in managing finances, resolving operational challenges and addressing guest and/or team member issues. While primary focus may be overseeing the day-to-day operations, some responsibility will also fall in assisting the Manager with project management and short or mid-range planning.

Work with the Show Director and/or Creative Director to support the generation of visuals via sketches, storyboards, photo studies, and referential concept renderings to communicate preliminary design ideas for pitch presentation packets and distribution amongst other project stakeholders and partners. Compilation of the production design packets to convey the full scope of work through conceptual renderings, groundplans, elevations, color elevations, material and finish specifications, fabrication method suggestions, references, documentation, notes, and callouts.

The Associate Production Designer – Project Hire works under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Manager, and/or Production Designer and helps deliver designs (environment, scenic, set dressing, props, costume, etc.) for varying Entertainment projects including, Live shows, Marquee & Shoulder Events, Seasonal Atmosphere, Character Photo Ops, Symphony Activations, and Placemaking efforts. Works with the Production Designers developing concepts via sketches, storyboards, and photo studies to communicate preliminary design ideas.
