The Human Resources Generalist provides HR counsel and support to Supervisors/Managers and hourly Team Members at the Hollywood Theme Park, with a heavy emphasis on maintaining positive employee relations. The role also serves as a liaison with other HR departments including Staffing/Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HRIS, Labor Relations, etc. to help resolve issues and assist with HR process coordination.

The Assistant Manager, Entertainment Operations is responsible for assisting the Manager with oversight and management of an Entertainment venue and/or area, including all aspects of front and back of house operations. The Assistant Manager will assist in managing finances, resolving operational challenges and addressing guest and/or team member issues. While primary focus may be overseeing the day-to-day operations, some responsibility will also fall in assisting the Manager with project management and short or mid-range planning.

The Show Producer defines and ensures compliance with Creative goals and intent, informing and advising Senior Management of Project status and Issues. Acts as the Creative Lead on assigned projects, supervising any assigned staff and workloads and determines strategies ensuring the successful completion of all tasks and/or assignments through all aspects of design and production from original concept.

Working in a collaborative production team environment, this role is responsible for expediting all aspects of technical design/drafting along with show production support and staff oversight. This will include design, development, fabrication/installation oversight, facility interface, operation, maintenance, and documentation in compliance with codes, and jurisdictional requirements for Entertainment projects.

The Director, Facilities Construction & Scenic is a hands-on leadership role that oversees the daily operation, execution strategies, sustainment approach, and overall team performance for internal construction projects, scenic builds and show quality sustainment for the theme park. This position interfaces with leaders from various client groups including the Operations, Entertainment, Food, and Retail departments, among others.

Responsible for ensuring the theme park environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming, in compliance with all procedures and regulatory requirements. This role supports the Park Services department by overseeing team members, driving operational excellence, and implementing programs that enhance employee engagement and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of Park Services team members, ensuring facility cleanliness standards are consistently maintained.

The Manager of Trade Marketing is responsible for leading priority marketing communications initiatives in support of the sales channels and external clients for both Universal Orlando and Universal Studios Hollywood. The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: strategic planning and development of key projects, campaigns, areas of expertise to improve business performance, alignment with marketing & sales leaders, and strong collaboration across division with a solution-based mindset.
